Liability

Drones for Good prides itself on producing safe and responsible UAV pilots. We seek to prepare students for whatever circumstances they may encounter. This being said, it is ultimately the responsibility of the drone pilot to ensure their flight plans comply with federal, state, local, and university regulation. The pilot is liable and will be held accountable for any damage caused by or inflicted upon Drones for Good property. This includes, but is not limited to, being charged up to the cost of replacement for damaged equipment. Drones for Good expects pilots to be knowledgable of applicable regulation, as they are responsible in the event of a regulatory breach.

Incident Reporting

Following any known or suspected breach of Drones for Good or FAA policy and/or any event of damage inflicted upon or caused by Drones for Good property, the responsible pilot is mandated to fill out a form for evaluation and record-keeping purposes. Access the form through the link below.
